[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 01 September - issued 2354UT/31-Aug-2019

For UT day 1 September, very Low solar activity is expected. The earth
is currently under the influence of very high solar wind speed
emanating from a positive polarity coronal hole. The geomagnetic
condition is expected range between Unsettled to Active levels today.
Isolated Minor Storm levels are also possible. The auroral may be
visible tonight (1 September) from Tasmania. Mild to moderate HF
depressions are expected in high and mid latitude regions today 1st
September.
