Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 14 November. Solar wind
speed is expected to be near its background levels. Geomagnetic
activity is predicted to be at quiet levels. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to vary mostly between near predicted
monthly values and mildly depressed ones. Moderate depressions are
also possible.
