[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 05 May - issued 2339UT/04-May-2019

Solar activity is predicted to be very low to low for UT day 5 May,
with a chance of C-class flares. The solar wind speed is currently at
moderate levels. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at quiet to
unsettled levels. Mostly normal HF conditions and near predicted
monthly MUFs are expected, with a chance of minor MUF depressions due
to an increase in geomagnetic activity.
