[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 02 May - issued 2335UT/01-May-2019

Solar activity is predicted to remain very low for UT day 2 May. The
solar wind speed is currently at moderate levels due to coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic activity is currently quiet to unsettled but may
increase to active levels. Mostly normal HF conditions and near
predicted monthly MUFs are expected.
