[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 March - issued 2324UT/26-Mar-2019 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Very Low solar activity is expected today, 27 March. The solar wind
speed is currently near its background level but it is expected to
enhance due to expected arrival of the corotating interaction region
and high speed solar wind streams associated with a recurrent coronal
hole. Geomagnetic activity is expected to increase to Unsettled to
Active levels. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to
use mostly near predicted monthly frequencies.
