[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 March - issued 2329UT/20-Mar-2019 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Very Low to Low solar activity is expected for UT day 21 March. The
solar wind speed is predicted to return to its background levels.
Geomagnetic activity in the Australian region is expected to be at
Quiet levels. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to
use mostly near predicted monthly frequencies. The CME associated with
a C4.8 flare, which occurred on 20 March and peaked at 1118 UT, is
expected to arrive at the Earth in the first half of the UT day 23
March.
