Very Low solar flare activity. Light to possible Moderate solar wind
with Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet to Unsettled levels for most of
the UT day 14Mar. Possible increase in solar wind speed due to coronal
hole effects late in the UT day. High-frequency radio communications
mostly Normal.
