Very Low solar flare activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects
possible with the chance of a late arrival of the C1.3 flare CME from
08Mar. Light with possible Moderate to Strong solar wind should CME
effects eventuate. Geomagnetic conditions initially Quiet to Unsettled
with the chance of Active to isolated Minor storm periods (dependent
upon CME effects). High-frequency radio communications mostly normal.
