Very low solar activity is predicted for today, UT day 29 December.
Solar wind speed is expected to be mostly near its background levels.
Geomagnetic activity is predicted to be at quiet levels. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly to
mildly depressed levels.
