[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 25 December - issued 2350UT/24-Dec-2019

Solar activity is predicted to remain Very Low for UT day 24 December.
The solar wind speed is currently Light and may become slightly
enhanced due to the influence of a weak coronal hole. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled levels. Normal to
Fair HF propagation conditions are expected.
