Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 05 December. Solar wind
speed is expected to be mostly near background levels. Geomagnetic
activity is predicted to be mostly at Quiet levels. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly
values to moderately depressed.
