[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 August - issued 2330UT/27-Aug-2019

For UT day 28 August, solar activity is predicted to remain Very Low.
The solar wind is currently moderate and expected to remain moderate
due to high speed solar wind streams associated with the recurrent
coronal hole. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be mostly at Quiet
to Unsettled levels with a chance for isolated Unsettled to Active
periods. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected.
