For the UT day, 16 September, solar activity is expected to remain at
very low levels and the solar wind speed at moderate levels. In the
Australian region, geomagnetic activity is expected to stay mostly at
unsettled levels with some possibility of isolated active periods.
Mostly normal HF conditions are expected.
