Very low solar activity is expected for today, UT day 15 October, with
a remote chance of C-class flares. The earth is currently under the
influence of moderately elevated solar winds emanating from a
recurrent coronal hole. Geomagnetic activity in the Australian region
is expected to be mostly at Quiet to Unsettled levels and occasionally
may reach Active levels. High-frequency radio communication users are
advised to use mostly near predicted monthly frequencies, today.
