Very low solar flare activity. Moderate to strong solar wind
associated with recurrent coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions ranging
from quiet to unsettled levels with possible active levels at higher
latitudes such as Tasmania. High-frequency radio communications normal
at low latitudes with isolated degraded conditions at mid to high
latitudes due to geomagnetic disturbance.
