Very low level of solar activity is expected for today, 22 May. The
solar wind speed is expected to be mostly near nominal levels. The
geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly at quiet levels and
later reach unsettled levels over the Australian Region. The unsettled
conditions are forecasted in response to the anticipated arrival of
corotation interaction region (CIR) associated with a polar connected,
positive polarity coronal hole. High-frequency radio communication
users are advised to use mostly near predicted monthly frequencies,
today.
