Thu Jul 19 09:30:40 EST 2018
Very low levels of solar activity are expected for the next UT day, 19
July. The solar wind speed is expected to be at light to moderate
levels. In the second half of the UT day (19 July), the solar wind
speed is expected to start increasing due to effects related to a
recurrent coronal hole which was facing the Earth on 16 July.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly at quiet and
unsettled levels in the first half of the UT day, then geomagnetic
activity can increase and reach active levels due to coronal hole
effects. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
near predicted monthly frequencies.
