Very low solar flare activity is expected for today, 14 Jan. The solar
wind speed is strong due to the arrival of a high speed stream from a
recurrent coronal hole. The geomagnetic activity is expected to be at
quiet to active levels. High-frequency radio communication users are
advised to use slightly lower than the monthly predicted frequencies.
