Very Low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 28 February.
The solar wind speed is moderate and is expected to continue to
decrease, returning to nominal values by 01 March. The geomagnetic
conditions are predicted to be mostly at Quiet to Unsettled levels,
with a possibility of isolated periods of Active levels in the higher
latitudes. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
slightly lower than the monthly predicted monthly frequencies, today.
