Very low to low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 14
February. On 12 February, Active Region 2699 produced a C1.5 flare
accompanied by a CME. The CME is expected to arrive late 14 February
or early 15 February. Before its arrival the solar wind speed is
expected to remain near its background levels. The geomagnetic
conditions are predicted to be mostly at quiet levels. Upon the CME
arrival geomagnetic activity may increase up to minor storm levels.
High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use mostly
near predicted monthly frequencies.
