For UT day 15 December, solar activity is expected to remain very low.
The solar wind speed is currently light. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be mostly at quiet levels but may increase to Unsettled to
Active levels late on UT day 15 December or on UT day 16 December if
the solar wind becomes enhanced due to the influence of a recurrent
coronal hole. MUF depressions of 15 to 35% as compared to the monthly
predicted levels are expected due to low levels of ionising radiation
from the Sun.
