For UT day 13 December, solar activity is expected to remain very low.
The solar wind speed is currently moderate but declining due to the
waning influence of a large recurrent coronal hole. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be mostly at quiet levels. MUF depressions of
15 to 30% as compared to the monthly predicted levels are expected due
to low levels of ionising radiation from the Sun.
