For the next UT day, 4 December, solar activity is expected to stay
very low and the solar wind speed will remain at moderate levels.
Quiet to unsettled levels of geomagnetic activity are expected. MUF
depressions of 15 to 25% are expected due to low levels of ionising
radiation from the Sun.
