Very Low solar flare activity. Light solar wind speed. Quiet
geomagnetic conditions. High-frequency radio communications mostly
normal at low and mid latitudes. At high latitudes, mostly normal HF
conditions are expected during local day, while depressed MUFs are
possible during local night.
