Very Low solar flare activity. Strong to Moderate solar wind speed.
Geomagnetic conditions mostly at Quiet levels with possible Unsettled
periods. High-frequency radio communications mostly normal at low and
mid latitudes. Mildly depressed MUFs are possible at mid and high
latitudes.
