Very Low solar flare activity expected over the next 24 hours. Light
solar wind with geomagnetic conditions at Quiet levels. There is a
chance of a glancing blow from slow moving CME that may arrive
sometime on the 24Aug resulting in Active to Minor Storm periods.
High-frequency radio communications normal at Low to Mid latitudes
with degraded conditions at High latitudes.
