Very Low solar flare activity expected. Coronal hole effects currently
in progress resulting in Strong tending to Moderate solar wind over
the next 24 hours. Geomagnetic conditions at Quiet to Unsettled levels
with the slight chance of Active to Minor Storm periods due to a
possible glancing blow from the 19Aug erupting filament CME.
High-frequency radio communications mostly normal at Low latitudes,
minor depressions for mid latitudes and periods of disturbed
ionospheric support for high latitudes.
