Very low solar activity is expected for today, UT day 12 August. The
solar wind speed is currently at weakly elevated levels and is
expected to slightly enhance during the UT day in response to a
equatorial coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic activity in the
Australian region is expected to be mostly at quiet to unsettled
levels, today. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to
use near predicted monthly frequencies.
