Very low solar activity is expected for today, UT day 9 August. The
earth is currently under the influence of moderately elevated solar
winds emanating from a small positive polarity equatorial coronal
hole. Geomagnetic activity in the Australian region are expected to be
mostly at quiet levels and occasionally may reach unsettled levels,
today. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
near predicted monthly frequencies.
