Solar activity was Very Low today (UT day 05 August). Very Low levels
of solar activity are expected for the next three UT days, 06 to 08
August. Geomagnetic activity was at Quiet levels across the Australian
region today. Quiet to Unsettled levels of global geomagnetic activity
are expected for the next three UT days with the possibility of some
Active periods on 07 and 08 August. Mostly normal HF conditions were
observed today with periods of minor to mild MUF enhancements. Periods
of minor MUF depressions in some low- to mid-latitude regions were
also recorded. Minor MUF depressions and minor degradations in HF
conditions are possible for the next three UT days.
