Very low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 19 November,
with a chance of C-class flares. Solar winds are currently light and
geomagnetic conditions are mainly quiet. The solar wind is expected to
become enhanced later on 19 November or early on 20 November due to a
recurrent equatorial positive polarity coronal hole. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to reach unsettled to active levels due to the
possible high speed solar winds. High-frequency radio communication
users are advised to use near monthly predicted frequencies.
