Very low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 15 November,
with a chance of C-class flares. Solar winds are currently moderately
enhanced. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mainly quiet to
unsettled, with a chance of active levels. High-frequency radio
communication users are advised to use slightly lower than the monthly
predicted frequencies.
