Very low solar flare activity is expected on 12 March. The solar wind
speed is slightly enhanced and is currently around 420 km/s.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at Quiet to Unsettled
levels. High-frequency radio communications in high-latitude regions
may experience depressions in maximum useable frequencies and periods
with poor propagation conditions.
