Very Low solar flare activity is again expected for today 31 Jan.
Strong solar wind today due anticipated coronal hole effects. As a
result,the geomagnetic conditions at earth are expected to reach
Active levels with a chance of isolated Minor Storms levels.
High-frequency radio communications fair to Poor. Auroras may be
visible on the local nights of 31 Jan-1 Feb in Tasmania and possibly
from the coastline of Victoria.
