C-class flares are likely today (22 January) with a chance of M-class
flares. Minor coronal hole effects are still in progress with moderate
solar winds. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet to unsettled levels.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be normal at low
and middle latitudes and normal to fair at high latitudes.
