Low solar flare activity is expected on 13-Jan, with a chance of
moderate activity. The solar wind is now light. Geomagnetic conditions
are at quiet levels. There is a slight chance of short-wave radio
fadeouts. High-frequency radio communications are expected to be fair
to normal.
