Very low solar flare activity. Moderate to strong solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels with isolated
active periods expected due to equatorial coronal hole. High-frequency
radio communications are normal at low to mid latitudes with possible
minor depressions. Isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes with
minor depressions likely.
