Very Low to Low solar flare activity. Light to Moderate solar wind
expected. Possible Unsettled to Active geomagnetic conditions late in
the UT day due to a Corotating Interaction Region (CIR) ahead of a
Coronal Hole high speed solar wind stream. Slight chance of short-wave
radio fadeouts due to active region 2671 (N12E65). High-frequency
radio communications normal with degraded conditions at high latitudes
expected.
