Very low to low solar flare activity with a slight chance for M-class
flares. Strong solar wind speed due to the CME arrival. This CME is
probably associated with a C5.5 solar flare observed on 18 April.
Geomagnetic conditions may reach active to minor storm levels. Near
predicted MUFs to moderately depressed MUFs are expected.
