[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 September - issued 2333UT/12-Sep-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Solar activity was very low during 12 September UT and it is expected
to remain very low today, 13 September UT. There is a small chance of
a weak C class flare during the next 2 days. There are no Earthward
directed Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs). The Earth is currently
buffeted by slow solar wind with the speed varying between about 300
km/s to 350 km/s. The solar wind speed is expected to remain low for
the next 3 days. Geomagnetic conditions were quiet during 12 September
UT and they are expected to remain quiet with isolated unsettled
intervals during the next 3 days. Conditions for HF radio wave
propagation were enhanced to near normal in the Australian region
during 12 September UT. They are expected to be mostly near normal
during the next 2 days.
