Very low solar flare activity. Light to moderate solar wind. Expect
the geomagnetic conditions to be Quiet for the first half of the day
and to increase to Unsettled levels with possibility of isolated
periods of Active levels, particularly at higher latitudes, later in
the day, due to a likely increase in solar wind speed. High-frequency
radio communications may be depressed during local daytime hours with
normal conditions during nighttime hours.
