Very low solar flare activity with a chance of low activity. Minor
coronal hole effects are in progress. Moderate to strong solar wind.
Geomagnetic conditions at unsettled levels. High-frequency radio
communications normal at low to mid latitudes with isolated degraded
conditions at high latitudes.
