[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 15 June - issued 2336UT/14-Jun-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Very low solar flare activity is expected on 15-Jun. Minor coronal
hole effects are in progress, with the solar wind strong. Geomagnetic
conditions reached minor storm levels briefly late on 14-Jun and are
currently unsettled to active. Minor storm periods at high latitudes
are possible on 15-Jun. High-frequency radio communications are mostly
normal, with some periods of depressed maximum useable frequencies.
Poor HF support is likely at high latitudes on 15-Jun.
