Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 29-Feb with just
one active region. The solar wind is currently light, but is likely to
increase from late 29-Feb due to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet levels, but could reach active levels from
late on 29-Feb. High-frequency radio communications are mostly
normal.
