Low to Moderate solar flare activity. Coronal hole effects in
progress. Moderate to Very strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions
at Unsettled to Active levels with possible Minor Storm periods should
Bz remain southward for extended periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts
possible. High-frequency radio communications Poor for High latitudes
and Normal to Fair for Mid latitudes.
