Very low solar flare activity are expected with a chance of C-class
flares. Major coronal hole effects are in progress with very strong
solar wind speeds. Geomagnetic conditions are at active levels.
Auroras may be visible on the local nights of 9 and 10 December in
Tasmania and possibly the coastline of Victoria. High-frequency radio
communications poor to fair.
