Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on 9-Aug. Minor
coronal hole effects are still in progress, with the solar wind
moderate to strong. Geomagnetic conditions in Australia are likely to
be quiet to unsettled, with more active conditions at high latitudes.
Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio
communications are mostly normal with some degraded conditions at high
latitudes.
