[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 26 September - issued 2347UT/25-Sep-2015

Low solar flare activity, with a chance of isolated moderate events.
Minor coronal hole effects possible. Moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet to unsettled levels. A high speed coronal hole
wind stream is anticipated today bringing unsettled to occasionally
active geomagnetic conditions. High-frequency radio communications are
showing some recovery from the depressed conditions observed over the
past week. Propagation conditions are fair to normal at all latitudes
with isolated degraded conditions possible at high latitudes.
