[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 15 September - issued 2326UT/14-Sep-2015

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 15-Sep. The solar
wind speed remains moderate, due to a large northern hemisphere
coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet to unsettled levels
across Australia, with isolated active periods possible.
High-frequency radio communications are poor to fair at all latitudes,
with significantly lower maximum useable frequencies than the
predicted monthly values.
