Low solar flare activity with the possibility of C-class and isolated
M-class flares. Solar wind stream is expected to remain strong due to
the continued effect of a coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions mostly
at Unsettled to Active levels with the possibility of isolated Minor
Storm periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications conditions mostly Fair to Poor.
